These programmes identify the mechanism within us that enable us to create negativity in our lives and provide a structured pathwork for the reversal of this illusion which ultimately leads us to find our authentic self. These programmes are based on the alchemical steps of creation and can therefore be applied to any aspect of one’s life.

CREATIVITY

Creativity is an often misrepresented word today and I feel its true meaning has been lost. The understanding of the word ‘create’ is to actually manifest something. It is not just an idea; it is an idea that has been taken through the Universal Laws of Creativity; laws which are fundamental to every aspect of our lives. This is a specific logical, structured pathwork which allows that original concept to evolve, transform and manifest. Creativity is therefore multi-layered, like the human condition and, to access this creative potential in ever human being, then a specific path must be followed.

PHYSICAL PROGRAMMES

When the physical body begins to degenerate and manifest ill health and disease, it is an indication that the body is not being treated correctly according to its individual needs. The programmes I create for the physical level incorporates catalytic natural remedies which do not over stimulate the systems of the body, but supports the function of the body so that it can transform itself into health. My particular level of interest, expertise and in fact experience of hundreds of clients, is in the area of adrenal fatigue, auto-immune, immune dysfunction and endocrine (hormonal) disorders. I tend not to focus on specific names of medical conditions but rather address the background condition, as well as the symptoms of the individual, and establish ‘what invited the illness in’.

MENTAL/EMOTIONAL PROGRAMMES

Negative relationships with people, your body, and your work are indicators that you have deep seated belief systems which are not positive. When relationships are not going well it is an indicator that your unconscious wants you to transform the programming that is creating unhappiness – you are not a victim. My programmes quickly uncover the root of this unhappiness and a process for long term transformation is created. The programmes also provide a process of measuring and monitoring the change. There is nothing random about the effects of these programmes and they can be safely integrated into every aspect of your life without external detection – you will not be overly emotional in situations with people where it would be embarrassing or inappropriate

Each one of us is special; each one of us has particular gifts and talents. Not all of us are meant to be leaders and some of us are definitely not meant to be team players. We are all living longer and are still healthy and fully functioning at 60/65. Our culture does not sufficiently honour or value the wisdom which can only be gained with age and experience, the successes and the challenges. And, retirement can be a very lonely place if you have nowhere to place your wisdom, experience and talents creatively

SPIRITUALITY/PERSONAL TRUTH

Spirituality is another mis-used and over used word. I believe Spirituality actually means having a direct experience with the Divine. There are many interpretations of the Divine which owes a lot to semantics. I like to describe it as the perfectly balanced creative energy which produced the Universe. For us to be able to truly connect to this energy we must be without fear, without negativity. My own journey of spiritual discovery increasingly brings me to a point of deep humility. The closer I feel I get to the Divine, the more I understand how much further and deeper I need to go. Spirituality is not tangible, and cannot be measured or analysed. It therefore cannot be experienced through books; it has to been experienced directly. However, we can go through a process of purification and transformation of our fears and negativity which brings us closer and closer to that original spark of creation. My programmes are designed to lead the individual towards a deeper spirituality via the alchemical process and, through this process, bring the individual closer to his/her own authenticity, to the wholeness of expression of the gifts and talents that he/she has to offer to the material world.
