Online Course via Zoom

The transition of Menopause and Andropause is not a disease and should not be treated as such. It is a time for reflection and preparation for the next phase of your life. It is possible for men and women to go through these hormonal transitions with good emotional and physical wellbeing if the focus is on supporting the health of the background condition of the individual, honouring and welcoming the many gifts of this transition.

This course is designed for professional therapists/practitioners but is open to anyone with an interest in the subject and covers: the physiology of menopause/andropause; the effects of stress on female/male hormones and the repercussions on physical and emotional health; dealing with the varied emotional adjustments during the transitions and the importance of acknowledging the potential of life after menopause/andropause - making the most of the next chapter in your life. Included in this course is information on the natural remedies that I use to support hormonal transitions: Oligotherapy, Essential Oils and Phytoembryotherapy.
